POSTPONED Historic Quincy Ride

April 9, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

This ride has been postponed due to the weather forecast and the nature of this event — equal parts riding/not riding while listening.  We want everyone to be comfortable while learning about our city’s history and the forecast is not as inviting as it could be.  Stay tuned for the rescheduled date.

Quincy’s public historian, Bob Damon, will join us for a bike ride to some of the city’s more iconic spaces and share his knowledge of our heritage sites.  Originally home of the Massachusett people, later the birthplace of two US presidents, home to some inspiring women, and the site of the first railroad in North America — Quincy has a lot of history to offer. After the ride you are welcome to relax with us on Wollaston Beach.
