Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of Members of Quincycles, Inc. will take place outdoors on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. on the lawn of Thomas Crane Public Library (or under the arcade/inside lobby in case of rain), 40 Washington Street.

Agenda items for the Annual Meeting include:

• • • • • • • • • Approval of the Minutes of the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Members
                • Election of directors to fill the vacancies due to the expiry of the terms of three directors
                • Election of the President, Treasurer and Clerk
                • Such other business as may come before the meeting

All are invited to attend; however only members paid as of May 17 and still paid up as of the meeting date are eligible to vote.
